The room was tiny, i could barely move around. opening my suitcase fully was a struggle since there was almost no space. the noise was a real issue. Thin walls meant i heard everything. i could hear every door slam and every conversation. it was really distracting when i tried to sleep. I am so frustrated.

The room was small , very small in fact. There was hardly any space to move around once we had our luggage in there. I was also disappointed that the room lacked any kind of cupboard.

The daily cleaning was efficient, and i appreciated the complimentary water bottles. the gym and swimming pool access were good amenities to have. I used both. we loved the close distance to metro, a really big plus. it was super convenient to get around.
The breakfast needs improvement. I did not like the options. the room size was smaller than i expected. I wish they had king-size beds. we also felt that concern towards families was missing. staff did not ask about kids, and whether kids is eating properly.

the hotel is near two bus stops. an mrt station is only a 3-minute walk away. it was easy to visit the city and reach the airport using the metro. i also appreciated the nice swimming pool.
the air conditioning turns on at 19 degrees when you leave the room and it is not possible to change it. this has never happened with any hotel before.

I found the hotel very accessible from the metro station. the premises were clean and well maintained. i particularly appreciated the availability of a water refilling station. This offered convenience and helped reduce plastic waste. the pool was also a great feature, i found it clean and well maintained.

i found the staff to be very helpful and always ready to fulfill requests. i asked for extra pillows, and they were delivered quickly. the view from the room was really good. i also appreciated the nice fourth floor, as it provided a great space to sit and relax.
the air conditioning was quite noisy. this made it a bit difficult to sleep at times.
